The CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography (NIO), situated in Dona Paula, Goa, India. There are two airports in Goa (Dabolim and Mopa) with direct flights from several major international airports of Asia and Europe as well as all major cities of India. The participants can also reach NIO, from any one of the nearby railway stations, namely Thivim, Karmali, Vasco-de-Gama or Madgaon. Prepaid taxis and Buses are available from the airport as well as all the railway stations.
